ITALIAN FEDERATION LIABLE of Safety and the Prevention and Protection
The FIRAS-SPP is meant to represent autonomy with political, legal, administrative and initiative in an organized sport in Italy and abroad, Managers and Workers to Protection and Prevention Services (and of course, are strictly excluded Employers who carry out on its own "function" of RSPP), which are square, the workers of high professional or professionals (consultants) which is expected and required by law through the Legislative Decree no. 195/2003, as implemented by Legislative Decree 81/2008, a high and independent decision-making responsibility and control, specific training and competency required updating permanent as provided by the standard.

Nasce per contribuire ad elaborare una politica unitaria specifica di rappresentanza sindacale per l'area professionale all'interno di un corretto rapporto di solidarietà con l'insieme del mondo del lavoro.
Per definire compiutamente l'identità del quadro, del lavoratore di alta professionalità e per la valorizzazione della libera professione e il loro ruolo specifico, in una organizzazione del lavoro in rapida trasformazione, anche in funzione dei percorsi formativi che consentono l'accesso all'area sicurezza.
Si impegna a sostenere il diritto sulla proprietà intellettuale dei quadri, lavoratori di alta professionalità e liberi professionisti, delle elaborazioni ed innovazioni, il diritto alla formazione e all'aggiornamento funzionale all’accrescimento del capitale umano (in tutte le forme tradizionali e innovative utili e realmente fruibili), maggiore copertura assicurativa e legale ed assistenza in relazione ai rischi professionali e di funzione.
Ferma restando la titolarità contrattuale dei sindacati di categoria, esercitata con forme organizzative specifiche own, the FIRAS-SPP . plans to participate and give their own contribution to the definition of the lines and the various stages of contract negotiations, although a signatory trade unions CCNL, regularly published in the archive of the contract CNEL.
FIRAS-SPP is subject national trainer enabled, by operation of law art. 8 bis, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 626/94, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 195/03, Agreement parts of the State 26/01/2006 - No. gu 37 OF 14/0272006, implemented by Legislative Decree no. 81/08 Art.32 paragraph 4, in his capacity as a union of workers and cadres and party to party to CCNL FeSICA CONFSAL, fourth force union in the country, also is an associate member of the European Confederation of Managers, the largest organization of European paintings, highly professional workers and professionals active part of social dialogue in the European Economic Community.
